Hajia Bi was conceived as a single continuous evening rather than a list of venues. The lobby opens into Sofra; the stairs beside it lead to the Club; the level above the Club is the Hammam. You never leave the building to change your mood.
Our kitchen works from the eastern Mediterranean — the coast of Türkiye, the Levant, the Aegean — with charcoal, olive oil, sea salt and time. Nothing is over-plated. Everything is generous. Wine is poured by the glass from a list built around old world producers and Australian makers who think the same way.

Enter the clubThe dining room the building was named around. Breakfast on the terrace, charcoal cookery downstairs, and a wine list with no wrong answers. Walk-ins welcome at the bar; the room fills fast.
Reserve a tableSix treatment rooms, a marble steam chamber and a salt-air inhalation suite. Therapists trained in Anatolian and Levantine technique, and a menu that runs from serious to simply restorative.
Book a treatmentLimewashed walls, solid oak, linen and stone. Every suite faces north-east over the water and away from the rail corridor. Rates include breakfast at Sofra and access to the Club floor.

A separate living room in limestone and travertine, a dining table for six, and a service bar stocked to your note before arrival. Connecting doors are available on request — the terrace suites pair into a two-bedroom configuration.
One hundred and eighty square metres across a single floor, with a private terrace, outdoor kitchen, sauna and a dedicated butler line. The Club, the spa and the kitchen are all reachable by lift within the house.
Hajia Bi Club is a land-based gaming floor on Level 02, open twenty-four hours. The room is deliberately low-lit and low-sound: soft seating, attentive hosts, a members' bar with proper coffee, and table limits set by management rather than by the floor.
Access is limited to guests aged eighteen or over, in line with NSW law. Photo identification is required at the door, a brief account verification is completed on first visit, and our hosts are trained in harm-minimisation practice as a matter of course.
Hajia Bi is committed to the harm minimisation standards set out in the Responsible Gambling Act 2001 (NSW). We do not offer credit, we do not promote inducements to chase losses, and our staff will end a session when it stops being recreational. Everything is cooked over charcoal, over a wood fire, or in the copper pots that sit permanently on the Sofra pass. The menus change with the market; the dishes below are the ones that never leave.
The main dining room and the heart of the house. Traditional Eastern Mediterranean cooking, generous platters, a table-side charcoal grill and a wine list of several hundred labels.
Anise, citrus, smoked ice. Small plates from the Sofra kitchen, a raki and arak trolley, and a small, serious whisky list. No reservation required.
Brasserie dining that never closes its kitchen. Long lunches, express business plates, and a Sunday table that regulars defend.
A private dining room for twelve behind a blue-tiled wall, with its own sommelier service and a menu written around your table. Adjacent to the Chef's Table.
All prices in AUD and inclusive of GST. Please advise us of allergies and dietary requirements when booking — our kitchen handles the large majority of requests, though we cannot guarantee nut-free or gluten-free preparation in a shared kitchen.
Reserve a TableLevel 05 is deliberately quiet. Six treatment rooms, a marble hammam, a salt-air inhalation suite and a relaxation gallery that looks east over the water. Therapists are trained in Anatolian and Levantine technique; treatments are prescribed in the consultation room, not sold off a menu at reception.
Open 06:00 – 22:00, seven days.
The Hammam and steam facilities are adults-only. Guests under eighteen must be
accompanied by an adult; under-sixteens may not use the steam chamber. Gym, sauna
and plunge pool are included with every stay.
Weddings that run past midnight, board meetings that end early, and everything between. One events team, one kitchen, and a house that stays open long after the speeches finish.

Capacities assume a clear-floor configuration and are a planning guide, not a guarantee. Minimum spends include the room, tables, chairs, linen, house sound and one events manager. Catering is quoted per person; the kitchen can also hand the room to an external caterer against a reduced minimum.
